There is more than one fee: non-refundable and refundable and there are cancellation policies according to the purchases fees. The non-refundable fees does not allow cancellation without costs. The refundable fee allows cancellations without any charge up to 96 hours(please check the reservations conditions of the Hotel unit) before the check-in: after this period, you will be charged the amount for the first night of the reservation.

Yes, our reservations department is daily updating the data available on the internet, including rates, hotel availability, among others.
Can I do the check-in earlier?
As a rule, the check-in is done from 3:00 p.m. For earlier check-ins, the guests must contact the hotel for availability. Additional charges may be applied.
Is it possible to check-out after midday?
As a rule, check-out is until 12:00 p.m. For departures after the stipulated time, the guests should contact the hotel for availability. Additional charges may apply. If they are part of a campaign program, the conditions for a late check-out are not governed by this operation.
